Deposit Contract
This deposit reserves your place in line to pick your puppy. Please read every section below — you are agreeing to all of it when you sign.
Deposit Is Non-Refundable
Deposit for reserving your place in line will not under any circumstance be refunded. If you have a situational life change that makes it so you can no longer get a dog, your deposit will not be refunded. If you decide to purchase a puppy from another breeder, your deposit will not be refunded because we have fulfilled our commitment by giving you a place in line to pick your puppy.
Application of Funds
Breeder and Buyer agree that the deposit shall be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy.
Payment In Full
Buyer agrees to pay for the puppy in full at the time of pick up. If a puppy is to be flown out or delivered via a lap nanny, the puppy must be paid for in full before the puppy leaves our home.
Pick Up Arrangements
Buyer agrees to make timely pick up arrangements. If there is a change in pick up or delivery dates past the day initially agreed upon, and we have to keep the puppy longer, we reserve the right to charge a fee for each day we keep the puppy. If pickup is prolonged a second time we reserve the right to cancel the sale and keep the reservation deposit.
Accidental Death
If anything should happen to the puppy before the pick up date that results in the death or injury of the puppy, the deposit will be refunded.
Good Health
Yorkies By Design will make a good faith effort to ensure the total and complete health of the puppy at pick up or delivery. The Health Guarantee Contract signed before or at pick up of a puppy will dictate all the health guarantees meant and implied in that contract.
Agreement To Terms
By signing below the Buyer acknowledges they have read the above agreement completely and agree to all the terms and conditions listed. Any legal action which may arise under the terms of this contract will be dealt with in the state of Idaho, the laws in the state of Idaho will be controlling.
